A Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I currently provide individual therapy for Texas clients of all ages through both in-person and telehealth appointments.
Kids & Adolescents
13 years of experience in education has fueled my passion for working with children and adolescents who face a wide range of challenges including trauma, ADHD, grief, school behavior and life transitions. I can also communicate with schools on behalf of a child or teen to address their needs.
Adults
I also work with adults who may be experiencing difficulties with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and confidence. Together, we can work together to manage emotions and behaviors in healthier ways.

Life is full of challenges and hardships that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward. From transitions into motherhood or a new job, to the loss of a loved one or the pressures of adolescence, it's not uncommon to feel like we're being swept off our feet.
I understand the courage and vulnerability it takes to seek help and let a stranger into your most intimate thoughts. My passion lies in building positive client-counselor relationships that leave you feeling heard and seen, without judgment.
